February community fundraising round-up

We love our Dolly’s Dream community and are incredibly grateful for your support. Here are just some of the recent fundraising activities…

Alice Springs Turf Club raised $4,500 on its Race Day last year.

Glencore raised $3,000 at the Collinsville and Scottville 100 Years of Mining celebration and open day.

Isabelle, Sarah and Jessica raised more than $200 with their $20 entrepreneurship program, selling scrunchies and necklaces with positive messages.

Mordialloc Community Centre dedicated their end of year dance concert last December to Dolly’s Dream. There were 500 students performing over four concerts across the weekend, with the united theming of ‘stand by me’. Through their incredible fundraising efforts they raised more than $2,300.

QNT Contracting donated three hours of flying on January 1 which raised $1,125 on their blue chopper.

The Great Otway Trail Ride raised an amazing $780 through their school fundraiser, a pizza night all before a two-day trail ride.

Yea High School Students, Layla and Sarah, did a school project selling shirts, socks and scrunchies and raised an outstanding $800.
