Time: 18:00 to 22:00
Place: Tennant Creek, NT
There is one agenda item you can’t escape at the annual Barkly Beef Dinner in Tennant Creek: “fun!” organiser Danyelle Haigh said, “people let their hair down and open their wallets to support Dolly’s Dream. They are so giving and so kind and the room is full of good cheer.”
The event has been running for more than a decade now and goes from strength to strength.
“I urge people to get in early; last year we sold out early with 150 tickets on sale but we’ve doubled that at a new venue this year – but they’re already selling fast,” Danyelle said.
There will be live entertainment, guest speakers, a fabulous meal, auctions, a courtesy bus and so much more.
“We started out getting involved with Dolly’s Dream after working on the rodeo in Springshaw and people really connected with the message and were very giving in support,” she said.
The dinner will be held on Friday 12 July from 6pm at The Goldfields; tickets are $95 each and dress is lounge cocktail.
