MCAV supporting Dolly's Dream

The Association has joined forces with Dolly’s Dream to help bring awareness to what Dolly’s dream is committed to with changing the culture of bullying by addressing the impact of bullying, anxiety, depression, and youth suicide.
The Mountain Cattlemen’s Association of Victoria hold an annual event for more than 3000 people to gather and remember what our High Country Heritage is all about. Historically there were horse races, but now we run a Cattlemen’s Challenge, with Open riders, Ladies, Juniors, Cattle kids, and Poddy kids. The Under 18 challenge will be recognised as a Dolly’s Dream event. Carlee Knight from Bairnsdale Horse Centre is on board and will be in attendance with her shop and to help us promote and support this event.
The 2024 event will be held over the weekend of 18,19 and 20th of October. We hope to see you there.
