Monday 22nd Apr Sadly day 16th, 17th ended up being rest days due to medical and therapy appointments and my ankle injury was throbbing Share
Day 2
Sunday 14th Apr Day 2 was unfortunately a bit harder as I had forgotten my medication we ended up doing 5.19kms as we wanted to make sure we hit the mark before my asthma finally won out and had to get dad to come get us with my puffer. Share
Day 1 Done
Saturday 13th Apr Our first day of the 5km walk and we ended up doing 6km. It was a cool morning but definitely felt the heat by the end. We stuck to our usual route for today but will work on changing it up as we go on. Share
