Women's Adventure ACT are a volunteer-led, community group who have helped over 5,500 women in Canberra, to get outdoors.
In 2021, we were trolled online. And in 2022, then had two volunteers copy our volunteer work and activities, and turn it into a business.
On 01 March, our email address was used without our authority, to subscribe to Do It For Dolly email.
We're running a short community walk and byo picnic, to turn an action of trying to bully us, into something positive.
We have helped so many women come together, make friendships, get fit and healthy and pursue big goals.
We've also had a set of 12 Values around respect for others, giving women leadership opportunities, and many other kind and supportive principles.
This is a day dedicated to bringing the community together, spreading kindness and uniting in taking a stand against bullying.
