There are helplines you can call about any topic, at any time. They are free and confidential. You don’t need anyone’s permission to call. You don’t have to talk on the phone if you don’t want to. Many helplines also use online messaging, text messaging or email.

Dolly’s Dream in partnership with TIACS provides a free support service. Call or text 0488 881 033 to connect with a trained mental health professional. The line operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm . If the team are on other calls, please leave a message and your call will be returned.
