That’s the idea behind our new partnership with Cinta Collective, who we’re proud to welcome as a Community Business Partner of Dolly’s Dream.
For more than 20 years, Cinta has built trusted relationships with farmers and people working across the agricultural sector, giving them the chance to share their experiences and have their say on the issues that matter to their communities.
Dolly’s story began in rural Australia, and today, many of the young people and families we support live in rural, regional and remote communities. We know that where you live shouldn't determine whether you can access support when bullying happens. In fact, in 2025, 81% of the schools we reached through our workshops were in rural, regional, and remote communities.
Cinta’s strong connection to these communities creates an opportunity to give back to the people it knows and works alongside, all while helping Dolly’s Dream to reach and support more young people and families.
For Cinta’s Managing Director, George Glubb, that connection comes with a responsibility to give back.
“We chose to support Dolly’s Dream because of the work they do with young people and families, and because their focus on rural, regional and remote communities is particularly meaningful to the people we work alongside,” George says.

What makes this partnership particularly meaningful is the way Cinta Collective members can contribute to Dolly’s Dream by simply just taking part.
Members of Cinta Collective are invited to share their experiences and perspectives through surveys about the issues affecting Australian agriculture.
When an eligible member joins the collective, Cinta donates $10 to Dolly’s Dream. And for every eligible survey they complete, another $10 is donated.
So, by having your say, you can help contribute to our vital bullying support services for young people and families affected by bullying.
For Leanne Rayner, Fundraising Manager at Dolly’s Dream, it’s exactly the kind of partnership we value.
“We’re always looking for business partnerships that feel genuine and where there’s a natural alignment between what a business does and the communities it wants to support. Cinta’s long-standing connection with rural and agricultural communities, and its commitment to giving back, made this a really meaningful partnership for us.”
We’re grateful to Cinta for finding a way to turn community participation into practical support for young people and families, and for helping us continue our work across rural, regional and remote Australia.
